I started to work with Jim in 1999 at Malden Mills as a peer. He was great to work with and very understanding with a new person coming in. I was hired as a manager and quickly realized Jim’s level of competence was advanced. He understands what it took to run the department in order to support the company’s vision and direction. There had been many different technologies we needed to employ and Jim understood and adapted to them all with little issue. Unfortunately, there had been financial issues with the company and Jim was let go as part of a large staff reduction. If I was in a position to, I would definitely hire Jim. He’s a great resource, has good work ethic and is very personable.

As a new CEO coming into a company where Jim was the IT Manager I requested large amounts of business/accounting data along with production data from the company’s ERP application.
